the one where phoebe and social media take a break . see you again social media friends on june 1st. it’s a much needed break, it will be hard for sure [me,being so dependent on social media at times]; but i really need this to slow down, focus, and re-define what mean living really is. @thelowimpactfilipina and I will be doing this together. 🤳🏼 . my instagram and facebook will be deleted from my phone. if you need to reach me, i will still have my fb messenger and my gmail. . email@example.com . all my resources are in my bio links and my ig highlights. oh and will definitely still be sending out a NEWSLETTER [it has been prepared already so sign up if you have not yet already!]. here is to a #meaningfulmay ahead.

the one with episode 2 . a cup with phoebe episode 2 focuses on fashion to cap off this year’s fashion revolution. if you haven’t yet, check out our previous posts [info which we will be better off knowing]. . we discussed the illegal importation of second-hand clothing, sustainable fashion, and possible swap events. as the first episode with angel, this was also so fun to film. . who else do you want to see in acwp? on making this into a podcast, am still working out the whole audio logistics. if you do have any info, please help this girl out. 💜 . now live! link in bio.
the one with the love . LOVED CLOTHES LAST. yes yes yes! this zara jean knee shorts was a thrifted piece waaay back during my highschool days. i actually found a photo of me wearing it. . loving your clothes can mean so many things. washing them with non-harmful chemicals; refraining from always using the dryer machine; and storing them properly. . swipe ⬅️ to see the very pixelated photo from way back. [me at a soccer game] . do you have clothes that go waaay back?
the one with the hole . why not mend? believe it or not, so many people would rather buy something new than mend what’s broken or “incomplete”. . next time you have a hole in your clothes, add a fun stitch to it, put a patch, go crazy and be creative. . here is what i did with my “holy” pant pocket, swipe ⬅️. . save your clothes from the landfill, and mend. see what @thresca did.
the one with the bi-monthly updates . heya! yes, will be launching a newsletter in MAY. link to sign up is in my bio. hope to see your emails there. . no spam. no bullshit. just good stuff. promise to keep it short. 💜 will be doing a giveaway to the 100th person who signs up!
the one with the cost . my past two posts showed what the cost of fashion is environmentally and socially. seeing that fashion comes with great cost, one should begin to question their shopping habits. . does your shopping habit cost the earth? ask yourself these questions: ❓do i shop for new clothes at least 1 a month? ❓do i get lured to buying fast fashion brands especially when they are on sale? ❓do the brands i support pay fair wages to the their tailors? ❓do the brands i support properly source their fibers/textiles? . ask yourselves these questions and make changes if need be; because FASHION SHOULDN’T COST OUR HOME.
